Mary has been baking since she was 8. One of the first recipes she ever made was a brownie recipe that a lady named Jane Wilson gave her. It was the best selling item at her bakery and she still makes it to this day - but infused.
Growing up overweight, in a southern home, where bread and potatoes and corn were a part of every meal, Mary started her weight loss journey at 13 when she joined weight watchers as a lifetime member. It took a lifetime to learn about food and what it can and can’t do for you.
Mary turned her successful whole Bakery business into a Certified Pastry Chef designation with American Culinary Federation accreditation. Working at large hotels, with Master Chefs and the finest catering company, she honed her skills and a higher commitment to farmer and farm fresh food.
Cooking with Cannabis has been a part of her life for a long time. Leaning the difference between TCH cooking and HEMP cooking has taken lots of time and education, successes and failures. For more than a year she conducted educational cbd dinners sharing her love for hemp and healing through food.
